About the Course

One year from now, what do you want to be able to do on the saxophone?

Really think about it. Imagine it. Feel it as if it’s happening right now.

Is it to play in a band at your pub or club in front of hundreds of people…?

Play at your church every weekend…?

Play to friends and family, watching them light up with amazement…?

Record your own music…?

Or simply enjoy the personal satisfaction of playing and improvising on your own…?

Whatever your goal, it’s possible day, weeks or months from now. With a simple decision you can make right here, today…

I promise, if you stick to what we teach in The Entertainment School, you can get from where you are right now to where you want to be and finally become the sax player you’ve always dreamed of being.

A few things to keep in mind when trying to teach yourself saxophone:

You will need a saxophone !!

Beg / Borrow / Buy / Rent (but please don’t steal !!) a sax.

No amount of watching videos about learning how to play the saxophone will help if you don’t actually have one.

Play the kind of music that YOU want to play.

There is nothing more demoralising and soul destroying than learning classical music if you are into heavy metal…and vice versa.

Does the course teach both alto and tenor saxophone?

It sure does! Whether it is alto or tenor sax you want to learn.

I'm an experienced player wanting to learn more advanced skills and techniques - will this program work for me?

Definitely! The Entertainment School features advanced lessons that teach pro-level playing techniques and skills that will take your sax playing as far as you want to take it!

I used to play but it's been a while - will this program help?

Absolutely! Because The Entertainment School is a ‘self-select’ way of learning at your own pace, you can pick up exactly where you left off when you last played or had a lesson.

I'm brand new to sax - will this program be OK for me?

Yes! We have an entire “Getting Started” section inside The Entertainment School that will guide you quickly through your first notes, and your first tunes. Plus, there are many “Beginner” level lessons too.

I can play a few notes, but what I really want is to learn to play full songs - do you teach this?

Definitely! We know playing songs is one of the best feelings on the sax. That’s why core lessons of The Entertainment School teach you how to play full tunes – you even get to choose which ones you learn!

I've been playing for a while but I'm also not a pro, will this course be too basic or advanced for me?

While most other music courses cater for either beginners, the amazing thing about The Entertainment School is that it caters to all levels of ability. You’ll be able to choose lessons based on your current playing skills and fully customise your training from there.

I'm stuck at a very particular point with my playing, will I have to go through every lesson to learn what I need?

Not at all! Every sax player gets stuck and hits hurdles at different parts of playing. And The Entertainment School helps you identify your exact roadblocks, then gives you the lesson you need at exactly the right time.

Most courses focus heavily on beginners, is this the same with your course?

No. You won’t have to sit through classes that are far too basic if you’re an experienced player. The Entertainment School has the most detailed advanced lessons you will find, that cater for you even if you’ve been playing for years. We’re certain that, even if you think you’re good today, The Entertainment School will take you to a whole new level!

My no.1 goal is playing on stage, will you show me how to do this?

Yes! The Entertainment School doesn’t just teach theory that leaves you stuck in a classroom. Our goal is to help you realise every dream you have of playing sax on stage in front of audiences. Our teachers have spent decades on stages themselves, so they know what it takes to get there!
